From Our CEO
Hi, my name is Lanyea Griffin and I am the CEO of Acclaim Collier Engineering. Throughout my life, I have achieved many firsts. Among them was being the first person in my family to graduate from college, the first engineer to provide day to day management for a $4B project for the Illinois Tollway, and, the first Black woman to lead a major transportation agency in the State of Illinois. However, I am most excited about being the first
Black, Woman, and Veteran owned Engineering firm registered with the State of Illinois.

I acknowledge that there were several pioneers across the nation who paved the way before me. As the first in this State, my duty is to facilitate and enhance the path for those who come after me. I am enthusiastic about utilizing my extensive experience as a public servant in leadership to advance the transportation sector all while creating more opportunities for underrepresented groups.
