From Our CEO
Hi, my name is Lanyea Griffin and I am the CEO of Acclaim Collier Engineering. Throughout my life, I have achieved many firsts. Among them was being the first person in my family to graduate from college and the first engineer to provide day to day management for a $4B project for a large, public transportation agency in Illinois. Now I am a first generation business owner providing opportunities for others to enter the engineering and transportation industry.
​I acknowledge that there were several pioneers across the nation who paved the way before me. Continuing to carry the torch, my duty is to facilitate and enhance the path for those who come after me. I am enthusiastic about utilizing my extensive experience as a public servant in leadership to advance the transportation sector all while growing capacity by opening doors for other disadvantaged groups.
